Anyone can buy a drone and put it in the air. Why would someone hire a FAA certified and Insured UAS pilot? Having the knowledge of flying a drone is only step one. Knowing about FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, LAACN approval processes and more come to play. 

NPDezine only uses FAA Part 107 approved UAS pilots.
